Synopsis

Hugh Patterson, one of the most successful real estate buyer's agents in Los Angeles, is about to close yet another deal with a client at an Open House. When he sees that the seller's agent is Pat Rickman, his best friend from college who he hasn't seen in ten years, Hugh and Pat take the meeting to an entirely different level.
